If your children are anything like mine, they don't like Spam. One morning I got the idea to cut the Spam in to thin slices. Then I cut them lengthwise so that they would look like french fries. I fried them in a pan until they were a little crispy on each side. I placed them on a plate with some scrambled eggs, and a piece of toast. The kids loved the the Spam fries. This method was such a hit that I plan on using it from now on.
