Perfect Day

This is a perfect day or time to write in my journal, except that I'm writing here online, rather than in my own personal journal. Anyway, why is it a perfect day? It's overcast. it's quiet. I'm waiting for someone to email me some information. I'm in a reflective state. It's close to lunch time or snack time, whatever works for you. All of these things point me in the direction of thinking more about personal issues than at any other time of the day, other than early in the morning or late at night, and those often lead me to a quick time of writing in my personal journal.

When is the perfect time for your to journal? Do you have one? Or two? Or none at all? It's not a requirement. I lke journaling because it is something that I can stop and start at any time. It is also a habit that I want to keep up for the rest of my life.

My main point for today and for this week, is to remind you that journaling is quite adaptable and accessible anytime of the day or night and in any situation where you can write, draw or communicate what you want to say to yourself or someone else in an understandable way.

Go ahead and experiment.

Discover your perfect day or time to journal!
