Beginning runners, I hope you're enjoying a mild winter. You are lucky! Even devout, experienced runners have a harder time getting motivated when the wind chill is in the teens and there are insidious ice patches on our favorite roads and paths.
But the relatively lack of bad winter weather might be just what new runners need to gain momentum. It's not spring yet, though, so dress appropriately, and check out my gear and apparel tips section for more info.
