As an avid reader it's the combined wisdom of the thousands and thousands of books which have shaped my life.

My musical taste is extremely eclectic...the list would be a long one if I had to choose.

What are your favorite websites and why?
Amazon because everything is delivered to my door within 48 hours. It's a huge time saver as I barely have to shop anywhere else. Shopping has now returned to a pleasure rather than a chore! Government websites - they are a hidden source of vast amounts of information when you know where to look. TedTalks - intelligent, insightful and innovative. They are what the web was meant to be.

Where else can people find you on the web?
Almost anywhere. I enjoy the process of discovery.

What are your professional highlights?
Former VP Research, Content & Marketing Producer, Freelance writer/editor and college instructor. In my spare time I actively manage my small real estate investments.

What advice do you have for the journey of life?
Laugh whenever you can and cry when you must but do both with deliberation and passion.

What are you most passionate about in life?
Life itself.

What ticks you off?
Rude, egotistical people.

Any thoughts or ideas on living a greener life?
Plant an edible landscape. Instead of spending time and energy to fight against nature with zero results - turn it into a mutually nurturing relationship. Not only are the results beautiful but productive in terms of both time and money.

What would people be surprised to know about you?
I'm still married to my high school sweetheart.
