Philosophy
My philosophy of life is to always "keep putting one foot in front of the other." This was told to me by a Buddist friend when I was at a low point in life. I was fretful about the future and regretful about the past. Anxiety about paths taken or paths to take can prevent happiness. Make a decision based upon the information you have and "put one foot in front of the other." Keep moving forward, making the most of each and every opportunity. You always gain knowledge with experiences along the path that will ultimately make you a better, happier , and more enlightened person.
