I am a young professional, married, mother of two, fluent in three languages: French, Spanish and English. I grew up in the Caribbean where I learn to enjoy the outdoors. I love the arts, independent films, and progressive music.
Passionate about learning, I read on current affairs regularly, and keep up with psychology research as much as possible. I hold a BS degree in Business specializing in Industrial and Human Resources Management from the University of Puerto Rico, a MS degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and am currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Development from Capella University.
I am responsible for Learning and Development at an international gas company where I assess learning needs, develop curriculums and facilitate workshops. I also provide career guidance to individuals located in North America and the Caribbean. I get to travel quite a bit and meet interesting people all the time. I also write for my company on communication and leadership issues.
